Company and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Letter of Credit Issuing Bank for the following
Bond issues:
a. $9,335,000 Sweetwater County, Wyoming Pollution Control Revenue Refunding

b. $6,305,000 Sweetwater County, Wyoming Pollution Control Revenue Refunding
