Dear Ms Jewell:
Pursuant to the Stipulation and Agreement between the parties, approved and included in
the Commission s Order in Docket No. PAC-02-, in the matter of tHe investigation of Inter-
Jurisdictional Issues and the approved PacifiCorp agreed to file an annual earnings report with the
Commission, for the twelve month period ending March 31 , 2005.
The return on equity results in the report indicated normalized and adjusted Idaho
earnings of 5.70/0 ROE.
