UTAH POWER & LIGHT CO., ADVICE FILING 96-06
Case No. UPL-E-95-4, Order No. 26282
On January 25, 1996, Utah Power & Light Company filed Original Sheet No. 400 and Fourth Revision of Sheet No. B.2, in response to the above-stated Order No. 26282.  That order required the company to file a tariff schedule identifying rates and charges for Monsanto under the special contract dated November 1, 1995, and approved on December 21, 1995 (by Order No. 26282).
Staff Engineer, Keith Hessing has reviewd said tariff sheets and as indicated in his memorandum attached, he indicates they meet the requirements of said order and he recommends approval.
Therefore, said tariffs are hereby approved this date, to be effective November 1, 1995 (effective date of the contract itself).
