Packsaddle Estates Water Corporation - GNR-W-95-1.
On January 18, 1996, Packsaddle Estates Water Corporation submitted its tariff rate schedules and general service provisions, in compliance with Commission Order No. 26296 in Case No. GNR-T-95-1.
Company did request two changes to Staff's Exhibit No. 109, the General Rules and Regulations for Small Water Utilities, in testimony of Rose Schulte.
Staff members Rose Schulte and Don Oliason have reviewed the filing and indicate the rates are as stated in the order and the changes in the general service provisions are reasonable. (Copy of the tariff transmittal and memo from Rose Schule and Don Oliason are attached hereto and made a part of this Minute Entry.)
Therefore, the rate schedules and general service provisions of Packsaddle Estates Water Corporation are approved this date, effective one day after the service date of Order No. 26296 (as set out in the order - which is 1-9-96).
