Reference IDAPA 31.01.01.071-075. On February 22, 2002, the Commission issued Order No. 28959 granting the City of Firth intervenor status. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on February 28th the Commission received a letter dated February 26, 2002, from Mike Kress, the Mayor of Firth. Mr. Kress informs the Commission that the Firth City Council by vote on February 25, 2002, has decided not to intervene in Case No. PAC-E-02-01. Reference Commission Rules of Procedure—Rule 45 Withdrawal of Party. O R D E R In consideration of the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission does hereby acknowledge the City of Firth’s withdrawal as a party of record in Case No. PACE0201.
