Minutes of Decision Meeting
January 23, 1996 - 1:30 p.m.
In attendance at this time were Commissioners Ralph Nelson, Marsha H. Smith and Dennis Hansen and staff members Don Howell, Susan Hamlin, Stephanie Miller, Birdelle Brown, Joe Cusick, Gary Richardson, Bill Eastlake and Myrna Walters.
Also in attendance was Ron Lightfoot of U S West.
The January 23, 1996 Agenda had one item - January 19, 1996 Decision Memorandum from Joe Cusick re:  State Telecommunication Modernization Plan (STMP).
Commissioner Smith had some changes to the proposed "Plan".  Susan Hamlin, attorney assigned to the case will incorporate those changes into the "Plan" and it will go out on modified procedure.
Meeting was then adjourned.
