On January 27, 2003, IPUC Order No. 29157 was issued by this Commission. The
following change should be made to that Order:
Page 14, lines 2-
READS:
During those hours when PacifiCorp s ability to utilize transmission on Path
C is not constrained, Monsanto will pay PacifiCorp the lower of the
appropriate (on peak or off peak) Dow Jones Mid-C or Palo Verde index
price for firm power, shaped hourly in accordance with the shaping factors
proposed by PacifiCorp (Exh. 16. Atch. A)
