HAYDEN PINES WATER COMPANY
CASE NO. HPN-W-94-1, ORDER NO. 25782
On December 6, 1995, Hayden Pines Water Company filed a letter with this Commission, in response to a directive in Order No. 25782, Case No. HPN-W-94-1.  Hayden Pines was to report to the Commission as to its investigation into the feasibility of implementing a remote signaling device system.
The Company recognizes the merits of such a system, but has concluded that the cost is not feasible at this time.  They will continue to review their budget for possible installation beginning in 1997.
This matter was discussed at a Commission decision meeting on February 1, 1996 and it was the concensus of the Commissioners that Hayden Pines has complied with the Commission's direction in Order No. 25782 and has investigated the feasibility of a telemetering minor and control system.
This Minute Entry therefore acknowledges that the Company has complied with said order.
