Tariff Advice 95-4
On December 8, 1995, Utah Power & Light Company filed tariff replacement sheet No. 300.1, establishing the 6% interest rate on customer deposits established in Commission Order No. 26233.
Staff Audit Supervisor, Terri Carlock reviewed the tariff and she indicates by Memo to Myrna Walters and Bev Barker (copy attached) that the sheet is correctly filed and recommends approval.
Therefore, said Fourth Revised Sheet No. 300.1 of UP&L is hereby approved the date of this Minute Entry, to be effective 1-1-96, per Order No. 26233.
