Idaho Power Company Tariffs - IPC-E-95-11
On December 5, 1995, Idaho Power Company filed tariff sheets implementing the intervenor funding rate increase granted in Order No. 26265.  Staff Engineer, Keith Hessing has reviewed said tariff sheets and his memo attached indicates they are correctly filed and he recommends approval.
Therefore, Third Revised Sheet Nos. 9-2, 9-3 and 9-4 are hereby approved this date - 12-7-85, to be effective 12-8-95.
