Company's Idaho retail customers as a bill stuffer during the April billing cycle, April 3 through

Power Content Label
Electricity can be generated in a number of ways. This
power content label provides information about the 2018
fuel mix provided by Rocky Mountain Power to its electric
customers in the state of ldaho.
x This information is based on Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission Form I data. The Rocky Mountain Power "basic
fuel mix" is based on energy production and not resource
capability, capacity or delivered energy. All or some of the
renewable energy attributes associated with wind, solar,
biomass, geothermal and qualifying hydro facilities in Rocky
Mountain Power's fuel mix may be: (a) used to comply
with renewable portfolio standards or other regulatory
requirements, (b) sold to third parties in the form of renewable
energy credits and/or other environmental commodities or (c)
not acquired. Rocky Mountain Power's basic fuel mix includes
owned resources and purchases from third parties.

Fuel mix definitions
Coal generation uses coal as the primary fuel source,
Natural gas Seneration uses natural gas as the
primary fuel source.
Hydroelectric generation is created when water
flows from a higher elevation to a lower elevation,
and the flow is converted to electricity.
Wind generation is created by movement of air:
Biomass generation is from burning solid organic
fuels from wood, forest or field residue, or dedicated
energy croPs.
Geothermal generation comes from thermal energy
naturally produced within the earth.
Solar generation uses the heat from the sun.
