On November 14, 1995, Idaho Power Company filed tariffs in the above-numbered case.  
Keith Hessing, staff engineer, reviewed the filing and he indicates by his Memorandum attached that the tariffs have been reviewed and they are all consistent with Commission Order No. 26236.  
Therefore, said filing will be approved this date        ;to be effective November 14, 1995 (per request of company).
