PTI Advice 95-2  (GEM STATE UTILITIES)
On October 20, 1995, PTI filed Advice 95-2, details of which are set out in the attached Memorandum from Jim Long.  He recommends approval of the tariff advice, to be effective November 1, 1995.  Since there will not be a decision meeting until November 6, 1995, Jim also recommends this be handled by Minute Entry.  
Therefore, we hereby approve PTI Advice 95-2, this date, to be effective 11-1-95.
