It is hereby certified that the present and future public convenience
and necessi ty require and will require Utah Power & Light Company to fUr-
niSh electrical service to the village of Dayton, Franklin County, Idaho
and the iuhabi tants thereof and of terri to~ contiguous thereto , for
municipal , commercial and domestic purposes; to construct , operate QDl
maintain such extensions to i t~,~i~ctrical system as -the service of said
village and the inhabi tants thereof and of territory contiguous thereto may
requDre and to exercise the rights and privileges of any franchise which
may be hereafter granted to said applicant by said village for such service
subject , however , to the rules , regulations , orders and control of the ~b-
lie Utilities Comnission of the State of Idaho as to the reasonableness of the
rules , regulations t rates and chaWges for and the adequacy of the service fur-
ni shed.
