On this date, the application of Mark R. McCroskey dba Mark McCroskey Trucking, 736 29th St N#A, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, for temporary motor common/contract carrier authority to transport general commodities and hazardous materials, substances or wastes requiring one million dollars in insurance coverage within the state of Idaho, was considered.  Staff recommended approval for their request for temporary authority.
Therefore, said application for temporary authority is hereby granted.
