Randy Lobb, Engineering Supervisor, has reviewed the filing and he addressed a memorandum to Myrna Walters, Commission Secretary, in that regard. Mr. Lobb recommends approval of the tariff, to be approved by minute entry with an immediate effective date. Having considered the matter, we hereby approved said tariff this date 10-11-95, to be effective 10-12-95.
