ERRATA NOTICE TO
ORDER NO. 28099

On July 19, 1999, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission issued Order No. 28099, in the above referenced case. The following correction should be made to that Order.

Page 5, Paragraph 1, reads:
“IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the customer revenue sharing amount of $2,574,512 shall be deferred and included in the 2000 PCA adjustment for customers other than Schedule 19 and special contract customers. Interest shall accrue on the amount deferred at the rate of 5% per annum.”

Should read:

“IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the customer revenue sharing amount of $2,574,512 shall be deferred (unless otherwise ordered by the Commission) and accounted for at the same time as the 2000 PCA adjustment for customers other than Schedule 19 and special contract customers. Interest shall accrue on the amount deferred at the rate of 5% per annum.”
