In Order No. 28414, Case No. AVU-E-00-5, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission granted the request of Avista Corporation dba Avista Utilities—Washington Water Power Division to extend the Year 2000 file date for its annual unbundled cost report from June 1 to September 1, 2000. In its Avista Order, the Commission for administrative reasons found it reasonable to grant similar extensions to Idaho Power Company and PacifiCorp dba Utah Power & Light Company. Idaho Power and PacifiCorp have similar filing requirements as per Case Nos. IPC-E-98-2 and UPL-E-98-1, Order Nos. 27676, 27678. This Minute Entry memorializes the Commission’s decision to extend the file date for Idaho Power and PacifiCorp from June 1 to September 1, 2000 for their Year 2000 unbundled cost reports.
