HomeMy WebLinkAbout27415.docx(text box: 1)BEFORE THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION IN THE MATTER OF THE COMMISSION’S OWN INVESTIGATION INTO THE COSTS OF PROVIDING ELECTRIC SERVICE OF IDAHO POWER COMPANY. ) ) ) ) ) CASE NO.  IPC-E-98-2 ORDER NO. 27415 On March  11, 1998, The Washington Water Power Company (Water Power) filed a Motion with the Commission seeking an Order allowing R. Blair Strong to appear on Water Power’s behalf as one of its attorneys in this proceeding pursuant to Rule 43 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01. No objections were filed to Water Power’s Motion and it is hereby granted. O R D E R IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion of The Washington Water Power Company for an Order allowing R. Blair Strong to appear on Water Power’s behalf in this proceeding is granted. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER.  Any person interested in this Order may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order.  Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.  See Idaho Code § 61-626.
