Idaho Power Company s updated cost information, in the format submitted to the Commission in Case No. GNR-97-, is included in Attachment 1 to this letter. Attachment 1 has also been transmitted in electronic format via e-mail. The information is based on the 2003 Idaho jurisdictional test year utilized in Case No. IPC-03-13 as adjusted through Commission Order No. 29505. The Idaho jurisdictional amounts were allocated to the generation , transmission , and distribution functions in the same manner as was used for the study submitted August 16, 1999 for Case No. IPC-98- If you have any questions concerning this information , please feel free to contact me.
