WARM SPRINGS MESA WATER CO., CASE NO. WSM-W-95-2
On July 10, 1995, Warm Springs Mesa Water Company filed the attached tariff of rates and charges, per Order No. 26081 in the above-named case.  Staff engineer, Don Oliason reviewed the tariff and he indicates it is properly filed.
Order No. 26081 authorized Warm Springs to file tariffs of rates and charges in compliance with the terms of the Order and that they would then be effective for water bills rendered on and after three working days after the tariffs were filed with the Commission.
Therefore, the tariff will be stamped to show an approval date of 7-10-95 and an effective date of 7-13-95.
