Residential Energy Efficiency Rider Tariff Revision
Advice Letter No. 95-U1
On April 4, 1995, Utah Power & Light Company filed Advice Letter No. 95-U1 (copy of letter of transmittal explaining filing is attached).
Wayne Hart, Complaint Investigator, has been reviewing the filing.  As his memo attached indicates, he and the Dept. of Water Resources only have a few suggested clarifications to the filing.  Rather than suspend the filing, he recommends that it be approved with the May 4, 1995 effective date.  If minor changes need to be made to the tariff pages, they can be handled administratively.
Therefore, UP&L Advice Letter No. 95-U1 is hereby approved this date, effective 5-4-95.
