GTE Tariff Advice 95-06/Case Nos. GTE-T-94-5/POT-T-94-1
On April 21, 1995, GTE filed Tariff Advice 94-06, in compliance with Commission Order No. 25934, in the above-named cases, resolving the telecommunications serving arrangements for the Warren R. Case residence.
Jim Long, Telecommunications Analyst, reviewed the filing and a copy of his Memorandum is attached hereto.  He recommends approval of the tariff.  Case will now be closed.
GTE asks for an effective date of May 26, 1995.
Tariff Advice 94-06, is hereby approved.
