HomeMy WebLinkAbout19950412.docx MINUTE ENTRY INT-G-88-3 At the April 7, 1995 decision meeting, a letter from Scott Woodbury, Deputy Attorney General, Idaho Public Utilities Commission, proposing that Case No. INT-G-88-3 be closed, was considered. Case No. INT-G-88-3 has not been closed per Order No. 22184 which ordered it left open "as a vehicle for further investigation by Staff of the Company's gas acquisition portfolio and class cost of service allocations".   Since the issuance of that order Staff has continued to monitor the Company's gas acquisition portfolio and class cost of service allocation.  To date, nothing has been found to constitute a significant issue that needs to be brought to the attention of the Commission.  These kinds of reviews are routinely performed by Staff for all regulated Companies. Staff further commented that this was a very old case and Staff does not require an open case to perform these investigations.  Thus their recommendation to close the case. A copy of the letter proposing the case be closed was sent to the Company and intervenor in this case. Decision at the 4-07-95 decision meeting was to close the case by Minute Entry. Case is therefore closed. Dated at Boise, Idaho, this 17th day of April, 1995. ____________________________ President ____________________________ Commissioner ____________________________ Commissioner ATTEST: _________________________ Commission Secretary 041395.ety
