NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, pursuant to prior Notice and the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, the Commission Staff, Idaho Power Company and various intervenors to this proceeding have reached a Settlement Agreement resolving all of the outstanding issues raised by Idaho Power’s Application in this case.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the aforementioned parties will present the Settlement Agreement to the Commission for its consideration during the course of the previously scheduled evidentiary hearing to be conducted on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 10, 1995, COMMENCING AT 10:00 A.M., AT THE OFFICES OF THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO, [phone].
