NOTICE OF AMENDED SCHEDULING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that, pursuant to the Notice of Settlement Agreement filed by Idaho Power Company (Idaho Power; Company) in this proceeding, and the fact that all the parties of record have agreed to a settlement of all the outstanding issues in this case, the Commission hereby adopts the following amended schedule:

*This Notice shall not be construed to require any party who does not wish to present direct evidence in this case to do so.
All other aspects of the Notice of Scheduling/Notice of Hearing issued by this Commission on August 21, 1995 shall remain in full force and effect.
