On April 23, 1996, Rosebud Enterprises, Inc. (Rosebud) filed a Motion to vacate
the hearing previously scheduled in this matter for May 29, 1996, on the basis that Rosebud s
expert witness is unable to attend the hearing on that date. No objection was filed in response to
Rosebud s Motion. We find that no party would be prejudiced by Rosebud s Motion and hereby
grant it.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission has adopted the following
revised schedule in this case:

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical
hearing in this matter on TUESDAY, JULY 2, 1996, COMMENCING AT 9:00 A.M. , IN
THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE,
IDAHO [phone].

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Rosebud s Motion to vacate the hearing previously
scheduled for May 29, 1996, is granted as set forth herein.
