NOTICE OF PREHEARING
CONFERENCE

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on Wednesday, March 20, 1996, the
Commission Staff, pursuant to Rules 271-277 of the Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA
31.01.01, will conduct a settlement negotiation to discuss and resolve any and all issues relevant
to this proceeding.
This is the third and final meeting between the parties. The Commission Staff has
submitted, under separate cover, its final proposal, together with a comment schedule, to all
parties.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that on March 20, 1996, following the conclusion
of the settlement negotiation, the Commission will conduct a prehearing conference for the
purpose of scheduling this matter for hearing. The parties shall be prepared to discuss all issues
and should bring any preliminary matters to the Commission s attention at that time.

ERRATUM

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on February 8, 1996, the Commission
issued a Notice of Settlement Negotiation/Notice of Prehearing Conference in this case
indicating that, on March 20, 1996, the Commission Staff would conduct a settlement
negotiation, followed by a prehearing conference, to discuss all matters pertinent to this
proceeding. That Notice failed to indicate the time of commencement of the settlement
negotiations. You are hereby notified that the negotiations shall commence at 9:30
A.M., WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20, 1996.
