IPC-93- Petitioner, vs. THE NEW VILLAGER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A NON PROFIT IDAHO CORPORATION AND ITS MEMBERS INDIVIDUALLY Respondents.ORDER NO. 30006 This case was initiated in May 1993 between Idaho Power Company and two condominium associations located in Sun Valley, Idaho. The dispute involved Idaho Power obligation regarding the removal of underground transformers used to provide service to the New Villager Condominium Association property owners. On December 19, 2003 , the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and requested the Commission approve the settlement. The Commission issued Order No. 29405 on December 31 , 2003 approving the settlement and vacating the procedural schedule. The settlement anticipated that work would be performed by Idaho Power in the future, and so the Commission s Order stated that "when the construction work contemplated by the Settlement Stipulation is completed, the parties can notify the Commission, and this case will be dismissed. On March 13, 2006, Idaho Power and the Condominium Association filed a Notification of Completion of Settlement and Motion to Dismiss. The parties advised the Commission that all provisions of the previously approved Settlement Stipulation have been completed, and this case can be dismissed. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Notification of Completion of Settlement and Motion to Dismiss is granted, and this case is dismissed.
