ASSOCIATION, INC., A NON PROFIT IDAHO
CORPORATION AND ITS MEMBERS
INDIVIDUALLY
Respondents.ORDER NO. 30006
This case was initiated in May 1993 between Idaho Power Company and two
condominium associations located in Sun Valley, Idaho. The dispute involved Idaho Power
obligation regarding the removal of underground transformers used to provide service to the
New Villager Condominium Association property owners. On December 19, 2003 , the parties
filed a Settlement Stipulation and requested the Commission approve the settlement. The
Commission issued Order No. 29405 on December 31 , 2003 approving the settlement and
vacating the procedural schedule. The settlement anticipated that work would be performed by
Idaho Power in the future, and so the Commission s Order stated that "when the construction
work contemplated by the Settlement Stipulation is completed, the parties can notify the
Commission, and this case will be dismissed.
On March 13, 2006, Idaho Power and the Condominium Association filed a
Notification of Completion of Settlement and Motion to Dismiss. The parties advised the
Commission that all provisions of the previously approved Settlement Stipulation have been
completed, and this case can be dismissed.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Notification of Completion of Settlement and
Motion to Dismiss is granted, and this case is dismissed.
