YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene a prehearing
conference in this case for the purposes of formulating or simplifying the issues, obtaining
concessions of fact, identification of documents to avoid unnecessary proof, scheduling
discovery, scheduling hearings, discussing or making settlement offers, addressing matters that
may expedite orderly conduct and disposition of the proceeding or its settlement, or any other
purpose identified in Idaho Rule of Procedure 211 , IDAPA 31.01.01.211. The prehearing
conference will convene on THURSDAY. SEPTEMBER 25.2003 AT 10:30 A.M.. IN THE
HEARING ROOM OF THE COMMISSION. 472 WEST W ASIDNGTON STREET.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in
this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
