corporation originated and existing under the laws of the State
of Delaware, the address of which in Idaho is Post Office Box
4111, Pocatello, Idaho 83201, respectfully petitions as

FMC is a corporation authorized and doing business in the
State of Idaho, with its principal place of business as set out
above.

FMC is directly affected by the above entitled proceeding
in that it has been a purchasing customer of electric service
provided by Idaho Power Company.
III
This procedure will impact upon planning by FMC and could
affect costs of service to FMC.
IV

FMC has been unable to completely analyze the nature and
scope of the proceedings but desires to intervene in this
proceeding because of the impact the application may have on
FMC.
V
FMC requests that it be allowed to intervene in order that
it might present evidence, examine witnesses and generally
participate in these proceedings.
VI
FMC's Petition for Leave to Intervene does not prejudice
any party, nor does it broaden the issues presented.
WHEREFORE, FMC prays that its petition be granted and that
FMC be allowed to intervene and that all pleadings, exhibits,
orders and other documents relating to this matter be served on
FMC and its attorneys as follows:
