Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”) submits this letter to provide notice to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission (“Commission”) that Walmart will not be filing rebuttal testimony pursuant to Order
No. 35985. Walmart has reviewed and concurs with the other Parties’ November 15, 2023, direct
testimony filed in support of the October 27, 2023, stipulation and settlement (“Proposed
Settlement”). Walmart respectfully requests that the Commission approve the Proposed
Settlement pursuant to the agreed upon terms.
