Dear Ms. Noriyuki:
Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”) submits this letter in response to the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission’s (“Commission”) order dated November 2, 2023, in the above referenced matter (the
“Order”). Walmart supports, and is a signatory to, the stipulation and settlement filed with the
Commission on October 27, 2023 (“Proposed Settlement”). Walmart respectfully requests that the
Commission approve the Proposed Settlement pursuant to the agreed upon terms and will not be
submitting direct testimony. In the event other parties submit direct testimony opposing or
proposing modifications to the Proposed Settlement, Walmart reserves the right to submit rebuttal
testimony in accordance with the Order.
