The NW Energy Coalition (“NWEC”) submits this letter in lieu of testimony in
response to Idaho Public Utility Commission (“Commission”) Order No. 35985 in docket
IPC-E-23-11. On October 27, 2023, Idaho Power Company (“Company”) filed an all-issue,
all-party Stipulation and Settlement, to which NWEC was a signatory. NWEC continues to
support the settlement as filed, with a great emphasis on the rate design aspects of the
agreement.
NWEC respectfully requests the Commission approve the Stipulation and Settlement
as proposed. As an all-issue, all-party proposal, NWEC does not anticipate testimony in
opposition to the settlement agreement, though reserves the right to submit rebuttal
testimony in accordance with the procedural schedule as directed in Order No. 35985.
