tioned to intervene in this case on June 4, 1990, pursuant to
Rule 5 of the Idaho Public uti Ii ties Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to
Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other
documents filed herein, intervention by the above party would
serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 5.4 of
the Rules of Practice and Procedure and should be granted.
