YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that all parties other than the
Applicant Idaho Power Company have until Wednesday, September 5, 1990, to
submit written statements of position, statements of issues or other statements
concerning legal or jurisdictional issues presented by Idaho Power's Application
in this proceeding.
YOU ARE FURTHR NOTIIED that Idaho Power Company has until
Wednesday, September 12, 1990, to submit responsive statements.
YOU ARE FUTHR NOTIFIED that all parties other than Idaho
Power have until Wednesday, September 19, 1990, to submit reply statements, if
necessary.
YOU AR FURTHER NOTIFIED that the written statements referred
to in the preceding paragraphs should be sent by overnight delivery, facsimle
transmission, hand delivery, or other methods to insure the receipt by the parties
and this Commssion on the morning of the working day following the deadline
for submission.
