The Industrial Customers of Idaho Power petitioned to
intervene in this case on March 15, 1990, pursuant to Rule 5 of
the Idaho Public utilities Commission's Rules of Practice and
Procedure.
FINDINGS OF FACT
We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to
intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other
documents fi led herein, intervention by the above party would
serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 5.4 of
the Rules of Practice and Procedure and should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene
filed by the Industrial Customers of Idaho Power is hereby
