Dear Ms. Walters:
On February 10, 1989, by Order No. 22326 in Case
No. IPC-E-89-2, the Idaho Public utilities Commission approved a
power sales agreement between Idaho Power Company and Bypass
Limited, a California Limited Partnership. That entity, Bypass
Limited, a California Limited Partnership has subsequently changed
its name to SE Hazelton A, L.P., A California Limited Partnership.
There are no other changes in the composition or location of the
partnership. In addition, Bypass's (now SE Hazelton A's) mailing
address for notification purposes contained at page 40 of the
executed power sales agreement will remain the same.
The purpose of. the name change is to avoid unnecessary
confusion with another hydroelectric facility located on the same
canal system that is known as the Bypass Project. In addition,
wi th this change the partnership's name now contains the
descriptive name of the hydroelectric facility.
Attaèhed is a true and correct copy of the certificate from
the Idaho Secretary of state's Office certifying the name change
in the Application for Registration of Foreign Limited Partnership
of Bypass Limited, a California Limited Partnership to SE Hazelton
A, L.P., a California Limited Partnership.
