On November 25, 1994, Utah Power & Light Company filed Third Revised Sheet No. 300.1, which reflected the 5% interest rate on customer deposits ordered in Commission Order No. 25788.  Order No. 25788 made that rate effective January 1, 1995.
Don Oliason, Staff Engineer, has reviewed the tariff and his memo attached indicates it is correctly-filed in accordance with Order No. 25788 and he recommends approval.
Therefore, Third Revised Sheet No. 300.1 (filed in Advice Letter No. 94-U6) is hereby approved this date (12-2-94) to be effective 1-1-95.
