Release of All Claims

Claim No. 5013724

IN CONSIDERATION OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS and ZERO,
paid to Paul and Kathleen Madalena by IDAHO POWER COMPANY, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, and as a full and complete settlement of all
claims arising out an incident that occurred on or about August 23, 2023. The
undersigned agrees to release and forever discharge IDAHO POWER COMPANY,
its officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, of and from any and all
claims resulting from a power incident.

It is understood that the settlement of this claim and the payment of the afore
mentioned amount is a compromise and is in no sense an admission of liability
by Idaho Power Company for any damage arising out of or in connection with
said occurrence, or of any liability or responsibility therefore by or on the part
of Idaho Power Company, its agents, employees or representatives.

The above amount is the FULL AND ONLY CONSIDERATION for this
settlement.

I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING RECEIPT AND RELEASE AND FULLY
UNDERSTAND THE SAME.
