ATLANTA POWER COMPANY - ATL-E-93-1
On November 8, 1994, Conley Ward, attorney for Atlanta Power Company filed the final submission to meet the requirements of Commission Order No. 24925 in Case No. ATL-E-93-1.
Rate schedules were approved July 6, 1994.  Customer Relations Plan and Summary of Rules and Regulations have now been submitted.  Carol Cooper, Complaint Investigator assigned to this case has reviewed the various filings and her attached memo indicates her approval with the further recommendation that the Plan and Summary be filed in Atlanta Power's tariff book in a separately-tabbed section from the rate schedules, for easy access to staff.
Therefore, the customer Relations Plan and Summary of Rules and Regulations of Atlanta Power Company are hereby approved, per Order No. 24925.  They will show an approval date of 11-18-94 approval date.
