IPC-E-23-29 IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S COMPLIANCE FILING COMES NOW, Idaho Power Company (“Idaho Power” or “Company”) and hereby submits this Compliance Filing in accordance with Idaho Public Utilities Commission (“Commission”) Order No. 36047 issued on December 29, 2023, as follows. 1. On November 1, 2023, the Company requested that the Commission add the Lamb Weston facility in American Falls to the list of customers exempt from Rule C’s aggregated meter reading provisions pursuant to the abbreviated procedure approved by the Commission in Order No. 30274 issued in Case No. IPC-E-07-02. 2. Commission Staff issued a Decision Memorandum on November 21, 2023, in which it recommended that the Commission accept the Company’s request to add Lamb Weston to the list of Rule C exemptions and direct the Company to file an updated list of Rule C exemption customers. IDAHO POWER COMPANY’S COMPLIANCE FILING - 2 3. Consistent with Staff’s recommendations, the Commission issued Order No. 36047 on December 29, 2023 in which it: (1) granted the Company’s request to add Lamb Weston to the list of customers exempt from Rule C’s aggregated metering requirements; and (2) instructed the Company to submit an updated list of Rule C exemption customers to the Commission as a compliance filing within seven days of its Order and to file updated lists when changes occur. 4. As directed by the Commission, the Company is filing herewith as Attachment 1 an updated list of customers granted exemptions from the Company’s aggregated meter reading provisions under Rule C, which includes Lamb Weston. 5. Idaho Power appreciates the opportunity to make this Compliance Filing to implement the Commission’s directives, and it will continue to advise the Commission of any changes to this list moving forward.
