MINUTE ENTRY
On November 7, 1994, South County Water Company filed the attached tariffs.  Rick Sterling, PUC Engineer assigned to Case No. SOU-W-94-1, has reviewed the tariffs and he indicates that the tariffs are in compliance with the requirements of Commission Order No. 25785 in said case, with the exception of Schedule No. 1, Public Drinking Water Fee.  He recommends that Schedule No. 1 be held until staff is able to verify that the fees collected from customers are equal to the fees actually paid to DEQ.
South County Water Company proposes a November 18, 1994 effective date to allow them to complete current billing cycles at the existing rates.  Revised rates will then be effective for service from December 1 forward.
Therefore, said tariffs(except Schedule 1) are approved this date - 11-10-94, effective 11-18-94.
