On December 26, 2023, the Commission issued Order No. 36037 in Case No. IPC-E-23-
25. The following change should be made to Order 36037.
Page 5, paragraph 1:
READS:
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission approves the Peak Hours and
Premium Peak Hours used to calculate and pay capacity payments for energy storage QFs using
SAR-based avoided cost rates, as filed.
