GTE TARIFF ADVICE NO. 94-13
On October 14, 1994, GTE Northwest, Inc. filed the above-named advice.  Purpose of the filing was to offer Local Calling Plans in the Spirit Lake exchange in compliance with Order No. 24877 in GTE-T-92, 2,3,4 et al.
Company asks that the tariffs be effective December 3, 1994.  
Jim Long reviewed the tariffs and his Memorandum of October 20, 1994 is attached.
Therefore, the attached tariffs (Advice No. 94-13) are hereby approved this date, effective 12-3-94.
