BOISE WATER CORPORATION
On October 5, 1994, Boise Water Corporation submitted the attached revised pages to their tariff on file with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission.  Reason for the submissions are (1) to continue the State Drinking Water Program charge which expired October 1, 1994 and to change the word minimum to customer on Sheet No.15 so it conforms to language in Schedule 1.
Randy Lobb, Staff Engineer, reviewed the tariffs and he indicates they are okay.  He recommends approval.
Therefore, revised Sheet 10A and revised Sheet 15 of Boise Water Corporation's IPUC Tariff is hereby approved.  Approval date will be date of this Minute Entry and effective date will be October 1, 1994.
