This production is peak from 1200 to 1500 hours during the day,this is when demand is highest due to the activity of people and climate demands.We would like to see the data concerning electricity usage curve over time to better understand the demand and energy production.I understand the change in the residential business plan of Idaho Power,as electricity generation and usage have synchrony and have a paired relationship.We do believe there can be an improvement in demand and usage with on-peak and off-peak rate costs.I have not heard of on/off peak rate costs to Idaho customers.Thank you for your time. Solar owners like me deserve fair and full compensation for excess solar energy put back into the grid,not the pennies that Idaho Power is suggesting.Multiple independent studies charge that Idaho Power's calculations are biased toward keeping the Export Credit Rate as low as possible.and that when accurately calculated,the value is much closer to 10 ¢/kWh (similar to what I pay today).Say no to corporate greed.Say yes to consumer solar production.Say yes to renewable energy and a healthier environment!Thank you .
