Comment: "I installed solar panels in 2022 with the understanding that it was highly unlikely that Idaho
Power would be able change from the current 1 for 1 credit for excess power genera�on. I was told they
heve been trying to change the full credit rate for 10 years and have been unsucessful. Had I known that
there would be a reduc�on in credit I would not have installed the panels. I feel those that currently
have solar panels should be grandfathered into the Net Metering full credit plan. This atempt further
discourages new solar panel customers and does not help the environment."
