I have been on what is called "Net Metering" where I receive one-kilowat credit for every kilowat my system produces. I based my decision to invest $30,000 in up front cash based on the assurance that I would indeed get what Idaho Power stated in their contract. Now, I understand that Idaho Power wants to grandfather in all solar installaons up to December 20th, of 2020, ten months before my system was installed. If Idaho Power wants to change the way they reimburse, they should grandfather all solar installaons that have been installed or have a financial commitment to get one by the effecve date of the rate change. That seems like the only fair way for the public ulity to deal with all those who had agreements already in force. Please let me know what I can do to help you make an honorable decision concerning this issue. Thank you, Rich Jarvis ----------------------------------------------------------------------
