Comment: "I strongly oppose Idaho Power's proposal to subs�tute net billing for net metering, on the
grounds that it will financially discourage anyone from adop�ng solar power.

It doesn't appear that Idaho Power is having any difficulty in making a profit for themselves. I'm a small
business owner and trust me my benefits are nothing compared to Idaho Power's. You would think that
they would encourage their customers to invest in some form of green power but no they want to
punish us by not giving 1 to 1 credit for the power that we generate via solar, we all know that they will
sell the addi�onal power that we generate to another state for a nice profit. It is �me for the PUC to
stand up to Idaho Power and say no to their plan of net metering. Please don't allow this greedy grab for
more money from the customers."
